Ecomoda advertising and marketing company, Kran Marketing and advertising company. Sounds good but wait, did you know that this company is absolutely fraud. They are strongly operating with in Metro Manila, they have a lot of branches here Metro Manila. and they already have a lot of victim, a lot of hopefull job hunters.
I made this blog because i want to inform everybody about the adsurdity of this company perse'. This fake company already victimized(correct with my words) me two(2) times during my application.
Let me start my story when the time i am still a fresh graduate way back 2010. I red their ad at "MANILA BULETIN" for job hiring, office jobs. Their address they told me located at top of MUNOZ MARKET BINGO QUEZON CITY. First they have an ad on the news "URGENTLY NEEDED" Office jobs. Sounds interesting so i inquired to the posted number afterwards named "CLAIRE MUNOZ" replied and asking for my age, location, coure and desired position, i immditely replied answering the required info. A few minutes they texted me again asking me to report the following they for an interview and exam, i confirmed.
The following day, i went to the given addres because it is only a walking distance from my address, when i arrived their at the address they have given me i saw my fellow applicants (Counted 20 plus applicant). The civilian guard collected our resume with 2x2 picture and they let as singed their logbook(BLUEBOOK). A few minutes after they allowed us to enter inside their office, their office is actually good, neat and a lot of government permits posted on their wall. They are asking if we have a companion outside(Each of Us), i noticed that their basis of rejecting applicants was base on the physical apearance of the applicant, the way we clothes some of my fellow applicants evicted. They already inform us that we are already passed the initial interview and exam "take note" how come that i passed the exam, i don't even finish answering the whole exam.one question i remember "What do you know about our company" and i don't even encounter the name of thier company since then. I also surf the internet about the compay before i took up my application with them but no information about them.
Afterwards, they informed as that we are already for signing of contract and can start the following day "with out even asking our documents such as diploma, NBI clearance etc." but before we are going to that they have this another exam that we have to pass, PAGBEBENTAHIN KA NG ELECTRIC GRILLER, STEAMER, ELECTRIC BREAKFAST MAKER WORTH 3K PLUS". I was so disapointed and the first thing that came out to my mind is pyramid. They will be asking you to sell that to your family or even your relatives or including yourself if you have the budget. They will be asking you go to your house with a chaperon(one of their staff) to conduct character incvestigation, they also collected valid ID's to make sure that we come back. I refused am i told them that i will not continue my application.
Hindi ko na alam ano na nangyari sa mga kasamahan kong aplicant. Una hindi sila pumayag na magwidraw ako pero nagmatigas ako at pinilit kong binawi ang ID ko.
Now kasi gustong gusto ko ng office kasi gusto ko magwork forthe office hours at magcontinue sa proper ng course ko. Ngaun 2011 i took up again my application for the ad i red on the manila buletin for office jobs. God! i encountered the same. This time their company name is ECOMODA MARKETING AND ADVERTISING COMPANY and they are located at room 501 5th level #355 PPI BLDNG, E-DELOS SANTOS AVE. BAGONG BARRIO BALINTAWAK CALOOCAN CITY, PAG-IBIG FUND building.
Again i encountered the gal who conducted the orientation at Munyoz Market Building way back 2010. but this time around they have a head "kuno" for HRD named CHOI YUEN, the Gay one. same scenario i refused the offer, but before they released me i talked to CHOI. This is exactly the whole conversation we had.
I seated infront of the table of Choi he ask, i told him "I didn't expected your company to have this process of accepting applicants, i am here to apply for a job not to sell something" he replied. "Marami kaming aplikante at papalitan kita di ka namin kailangan" i immediately replied " Mr. Choi you need not to tell anything or something against me i need my ID to be release thats it". Mr. Choi replied also "kunin mo sa guard!!!" i smiled at him and replied "Anyway Mr. Choi, my mother is working at NBI having position, my father is a lawyer so we can check for the profile of your company including it's activities". He turned around and i just left him, i sarcastically asking my ID to the guard.
